01 Product Description

This solar panel mounting system is a highly anti-corrosion mounting structure for ground solar power project with its aluminium alloy 6005 and 304 stainless steel material . The beams and supports will be pre-assembled on the factory before delivery, to save working time on site. The special base plate design ensures adjustable range on height and front-back direction, to adapt installation site. Different structure type will be chosen according to site conditions and load requirements.

03 Structural types

  • #Aluminum solar structure
    N-Type Structure
    Widely used structure, stable, convenient to install, welcomed by the customer. Recommended environment: Low snow load and wind load.
  • #Aluminum solar structure
    W-Type Structure
    Popular structure with double V-shaped structure creating a strengthened stability of the structure it self. It can be used in various environments. Recommended environment: High snow load and wind load.
  • #Aluminum solar structure
    Multi-Row Type Structure
    Multi-row module installation design may increase land utilization rate, improve power generation efficiency, and raise economic benefits. Recommended tilt angle: Less than 15° Recommended environment: High snow load and wind load.
  • #Aluminum solar structure
    I-Type Structure
    The structure is fixed by two open posts. It is stable, and convenientin in stallation. Recommended environment: Low snow and wind load.
 

 

04 Installation

    01 Piling
    Drive the posts into the ground to build a stable base. 
    Ensure all piles are aligned according to the project layout.

    02 Install the pre-assembled brackets
    Install the beam,Install bracing,Install bracing connectors

    03 Install rails
    Install the rails in beam,Rail and beam connected and fixed by bolt
  • #
    04 Install panels
    Place the solar panels onto the rails in proper alignment. Use mid and end clamps to fix the panels firmly.

The upper level generates electricity while the lower level is used for cultivation, increasing land utilization by more than 100%; the support frame height is adjustable, providing shade and rain protection, and supporting both helical pile and concrete foundation options.

Aluminum alloy + helical piles avoid the challenges of salt spray corrosion and foundation excavation; the support system uses 6005-T5 aluminum alloy with dual protection from anodizing and powder coating, ensuring a design life of over 25 years in coastal environments.

Adjustable support frame (±15° ~ ±25°) + helical ground piles reduce site leveling work and maximize power generation by approximately 5% ~ 8% through adjustable angle.

 

07 Features

Materials and Specifications:

The bracket is made of AL6005-T5 aluminum alloy, and the bolts are made of SUS304 stainless steel; it offers a 10-year warranty and a service life of 20-25 years, and can withstand wind speeds up to 60 m/s and snow pressure of 1.4 kN/m².

 

Adjustment and Versatility:

The support system is adjustable front to back and height, accommodating solar panels of any brand, frameless or frameless.
