The Solar First Inward-Curved C-Shaped Steel Ground Mounting System is a high-performance solution designed for large-scale ground-mounted plants and projects on complex terrain.

01 Product Description

This solar module mounting system is a highly anti-corrosion mounting structure for ground installation with its aluminum alloy 6005 and 304 stainless steel material .

 

The beams and supports will be pre-assembled on our factory before delivery, to save on site working time. Special base plate design ensures adjustable range on height and front-back direction, to adapt installation site.

 

Different structure type will be chosen according to site conditions and load requirements.

    01 Positioning
    Precast concrete pedestals and embedded U-bolts.

    02 Intall brackets
    install the welded base;
    Install the front and rear columns and the inclined beams

    03 Intall rails
    Fix the purlins to the beams,and use purlin splicer to splice and fix multiple purlin sections
