The Tilt Series Tilted Single Axis Solar Tracker is designed for large-scale solar power plants, particularly in regions at higher latitudes, offering an optimal balance of energy yield and structural robustness. This system features a tilted single-axis design that rotates between horizontal and vertical planes, maximizing sun exposure while maintaining a low wind profile and ground clearance for enhanced safety and space efficiency.
Built with a simple yet highly stable triangular support structure, the tracker ensures reliable performance even under challenging environmental conditions. Its intelligent tracking system automatically adjusts the tilt angle (up to ±45° azimuth and 5–25° inclination) in response to real-time terrain and weather data, significantly increasing energy output compared to fixed-tilt systems. Each tracker supports up to 20 solar modules and is compatible with 1000V/1500V system configurations.
Constructed from hot-dip galvanized or Zn-Al-Mg coated steel with a mean coating thickness ≥80μm, the system delivers exceptional corrosion resistance and long-term durability. It accommodates multiple foundation types—PHC, cast-in-place, or steel pile—enabling flexible deployment across diverse sites. With a customizable design that withstands wind speeds up to 40 m/s, this tracker combines smart functionality with rugged reliability for utility and commercial solar projects.
